These blue Superfeet® insoles align and control the motion of your feet, providing balance, support and shock absorption for hiking and other active sports.

    • Low- to medium-volume insoles take up less volume, making them ideal for close-fitting shoes or wide feet
    • Full-length closed-cell foam provides cushioning, while 3/4-length polypropylene heel caps stabilize feet inside boots
    • Deep heel pockets, rockered bottoms and soft edges allow for natural cushioning and shock absorption
    • Superfeet recommends this style for use in footwear with non-removable insoles
    • Blue Superfeet are not recommended for use with Gore-Tex® footwear as shape of rigid heel cap can stress GTX linings (try Green Premium insoles if arch allows)

Comments about Superfeet Blue Premium Insoles - Low to Medium Volume:

I bought a pair for backpacking. Although I have flat feet and am overweight, I have carried 30 to 40 pound packs for up to 10 miles with no foot pain at all. I was so happy with the insoles that I bought additional pairs for my dress shoes and work boots.

Comments about Superfeet Blue Premium Insoles - Low to Medium Volume:

I have plantar faciitis. After reading the reviews for this product, I ordered a pair. Unfortunately, these inserts did not help me at all. The arch was located too far back (toward the heel) and did not offer support where I needed it. I ended up ordering custom orthotics. If I had not ordered the superfeet, I would have wondered whether I might have gotten by without the orthotics, so I'm not sorry that I tried, but these were not a good solution for my feet. If you don't have trouble finding shoes that fit, these might work for you, but if you do have trouble finding shoes, and are haveing trouble with PF, I'd go for the custom orthotics and not waste money on Superfeet.

Comments about Superfeet Blue Premium Insoles - Low to Medium Volume:

I tried the Orange, Green, and Copper Superfeet in my hiking shoes and the Blue was the best for my horrible Flat Feet. The other colors did not work well for me. Blue provided the needed arch support that the insoles that came with the shoes did not. They prevent my foot from moving around in the shoe and prevents arch pain caused by not enough support.

Wish that I had tried them a long time ago.

They are very comfortable and this is my second Superfeet pair. I use the Yellow version in my cycling cleats for top performance.

I picked these up on a whim before heading to Yosemite to do a week's worth of scrambling and hiking and I was extremely pleased with their performance. The 5.10 approach shoes I bought were still breaking in and the stock insoles weren't providing much comfort during our all-day treks, but these have been a great replacement. They did the trick!

I have low arches, and have never had an insole as comfortable as these. The Superfeet Blue cup my heel in a way I've never felt in an insole. I was blown away when I tried them out in the store.

Low arches -> try these out.

These work well in my hiking boots because they are low volume. I just wish Superfeet would eliminate the sharp ridges on the plastic base so they will not damage the Goretex lining.

My old insoles were totally worn out and sliding around. These are a big improvement. My feet are totally comfy now. I didn't need to trim them at all. I am a size 7 1/2 or 8. I wear them in my cross country boots.

Comments about Superfeet Blue Premium Insoles - Low to Medium Volume:

I purchased these insoles because I have a job that requires me to stand for extended periods, and I walk long distances. I use the insoles in nearly all the shoes I wear from sneakers to flats, so I would characterize my use as heavy.

Things I like about Superfeet are the awesome arch support, the sturdy construction of the insoles and their durability. I also like the low volume of the insole which makes it easy to fit into all types of shoes, even low cut ballet flats or moccasins.

What I don't like so much: At nearly $40, these insoles are far more expensive compared to insoles you can purchase at the drugstore. If you like the cushion effect of gel insoles, you'll also probably think these soles are uncomfortable. I also found it a pain to cut down the soles so that they would fit in different pairs of shoes. But by far the worst thing about these insoles is the short lifespan due to how quickly they get "funky." Wear these without socks a few times and you are stuck with terminally stinky & dirty insoles that resist multiple machine washes, even with Dettol. I had to throw out a pair of these because of this.

Comments about Superfeet Blue Premium Insoles - Low to Medium Volume:

My Superfeet blues made it 800 miles on the Appalachian Trail last summer, and they were awesome for my flat feet and terrible knees. It was hard going back to work shoes and dress flats without them.

I have a JMT thru-hike planned for this summer and got some new hikers a half-size smaller and wanted new Superfeet to match (the others smell like they lived in a swamp for two months...which they sort of did). Wearing my boots without out them, waiting for the REI shipment, has been awful. Definitely missing their support.

                    Service and delivery comments:

Unfortunately, REI marked them as "unisex" when in fact all the sizes listed in the drop-down menu are men's... It was a huge disappointment to get my Superfeet today and find that they are a size too large. Now I have to wait another 1-2 weeks for the correct size. LADIES CHECK THE SIZING CHART - THE SIZES LISTED OTHERWISE ARE FOR MEN, NOT UNISEX.

Comments about Superfeet Blue Premium Insoles - Low to Medium Volume:

I was a bit skeptical taking them out of the box and even wearing them the first time, but my arches aren't tired after medium-length runs anymore, which is all I'm doing currently.

They also work wonderfully for other sports - I curl, and my feet and lower body feel so much better after back to back games than they used to.
