The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about Topeak Micro Wedge Seat Pack:
Piece of junk. The connector is made of plastic and just broke.

Comments about Topeak Micro Wedge Seat Pack:
I have one bag with 3 clips for each mountainbike.
The clip just won't hold for long. I bounced off my first one on the Cohutta 100. My second one on the Breckenridge Firecracker 50 somewhere on a downhill. I have one left now, but it has bounced off several times on mountain bike trails. This third and last bag had the side stitching release during a ride, but I luckily found the tools and did not loose anything for a change. When you finish a race - look to see just the velcro strap left on your seatpost it is hard to recommend. So far I have lost a cell phone, wedding ring, and multiple bike tools/tubes/patch kit. It may work well on a road bike, but 3 clips with 3 bags have failed me. Go with a strap on version only.

Comments about Topeak Micro Wedge Seat Pack:
I bought this wedge as a super light weight small road bag. I managed to fit in one 700c/23 tube, 1 CO2 inflator, tire levers, a Pedros critical mass multi-tool, and pair of latex gloves. These items filled the bag with just enough room for a car key left.
The construction of the wedge was very nice and the materials were great; Topeak makes nice bags.
Mounting the wedge required mounting the seat fixer between the seat rails, this was a bit tricky on my Prologo seat as I would imagine would be on any low-profile race seat. I also noticed the fixer was actually quite heavy, if you are weight weenie a model with a Velcro strap are probably 50 grams lighter easy. After ten minutes I got it mounted perfect and snapped the bag in. The bag fit nice and tight and didn't wobble at all. Guess that is the point of the clip in unit.
Everything went great for a week or two then one day about 8 miles into a 30 mile group training ride I felt something bumping my leg. I looked back and saw the bag was just hanging off my seat post. I stopped to clip the bag back in and to my surprise saw the plastic collar that holds the bag to the seat was broke off and missing entirely. Now, I was running a carbon bike with my race wheels on so I can guarantee I wasn't jumping curbs or even hitting a pothole for that matter. But the thing just broke.
I wouldn't recommend the clip bags at all because of this issue, and sure wouldn't want them on a mountain bike or commuter because they don't handle the abuse.

Comments about Topeak Micro Wedge Seat Pack:
this bag perfectly holds two 700 x 23 tubes, two tire levers and a small universal tool into a tight fit, no clanking or gingling any more. it also has a big enough strap to go around most bigger sear post. the easy mount system is good for those that need to take the gear off when you get some where.
