Comments about Lodge Logic Pro Grid/Iron Griddle:
This product is a great capacity enhancer in the kitchen, (car) camp site, or public park when cooking or grilling etc. Easily fits 6 pieces of french toast on the flat side or grilled cheese sandwiches on the grill side. I would say the best reason to bring this camping, though considering its weight certainly not far away from the car, would be the efficiency and comfort of putting together great breakfast food away from home, all in one go - eveerybody can actually sit down to eat together or at least sooner. I use this at home, a lot, and for the same reasons. It's cast iron, so it heats relatively evenly and retains well, and though pre-seasoned, will get more non-stick with even more use (I wouldn't be frying eggs on here out of the box if I wanted to keep that Pre-seasoning in tact), but bacon, pancakes, french toast, sandos and so on are great game for this beast. Just wipe it off with a rag you've made from an old t-shirt section, use coarse salt if you need to scour at all, dust that off, re-heat and give it a thin coating of oil/fat for protection before stowing. Plus, if you take good care of it, your great grandkids will have a really really well-seasoned one, too. Mine did have a couple imperfections (small bubbles that opened up) in the pre-seasoning coating out of the box, but not on either of the actual cooking surfaces.

Comments about Lodge Logic Pro Grid/Iron Griddle:
It's been a while since I cooked on a camp griddle but it worked GREAT.

Comments about Lodge Logic Pro Grid/Iron Griddle:
I use my Cast Iron Griddle on the kitchen stove, over a low campfire, and on coals (like a Dutch Oven), on a BBQ Grill and a Campstove. It does not get any better. Burgers, HotDogs, Steaks, Veggies, Carne Asada, French Toast, Bacon, Hashbrowns, Grilled Sandwiches, and more!
Cleanup is easy, I usually allow the griddle to burn anything to a black crisp and then scrape it off, DONE! Here's a tip for keeping the channels clean on the griddle side, sprinkle Kosher salt on before cooking then just wipe or scrub with a stiff brush when finished cooking.
Keep your iron well seasoned and don't ever wash with soap and it will server you for decades. This piece complements my Dutch Oven and 2 cast iron skillets that are part of my camp kitchen arsenal
