I'm seeing I'm not the first to write about the suspect plastic mounting clip.
The bag itself seems of high quality, no issues with material, storage, etc.
Able to store 2 CO2s, dispenser, tube, and mini tool with ease.
But, as I hit a pothole I heard a crack only to find the bag hanging by the velcro seat secure. The clip had cracked clean off of the seat rail mount rendering it useless. Just my two cents, decide for yourself.

This bag has worked prefectly fine for me. I use it to hold a tube, CO2 + inlator, tire tools, multi-tool and a patch with room to spare for phone and/or extra tube/CO2.
I like that it's simple to attach/detach the bag for when I put the bike on the car rack. Also, the loop on the back is perfect for my Planet Bike Superflash tail light.

The only problem I have with this bag is the strap that wraps around the seat post. I am not sure why Topeak made it so long. I cut mine down so I didn't have several inches of strap flapping in the breeze.

I have owned several of these bags for 1-2 years. The small bag allows you to travel with 2 tubes, a CO2 cartridge, inflator and 2 levers - so it can hold quite a lot. The large bag I use with my TT and mt bike, where I like to have long stem tubes, larger tubes or a small multi-tool. The clip system is useful. If you have extra saddle "fixers" you can just move one saddle bag between bikes. The bags material and zippers have held up really well and appear very durable. My only major issue is the bagside clip. On 2 of my bags it broke. Once when I hit a pothole and another time just by clipping the bag in. I nearly tossed the bag into the nearest field; However, I hate it when people throw throw their trash out on the side of the road. So I had to unpack it and shove the parts into my - already full - jersey pockets.Topeak will refer you to their on-line store to buy a new replacement clip : It costs [$], with Tax and a [$] shipping cost. I didn't have any issues with paying that, because my bags are a over a year old. And I got an extra clip for the next time it happens.[@]Also, with the way my road bike is set up with a FSA 25mm setback seatpost, the bag barely has enough room to clip in - which could have been the reason for the clip breaking. So, my suggestion for anyone interested in a new saddle bag; Buy a bag with a strap the attaches to your saddle. After the next clip I break I'll probably buy the Novara Medium Wedge Seat Bag.

This was a great product for the first six months that I owned it. The storage space is perfect for the type of riding I do, holds my keys, cell phone, spare tube, and tools, and even a Shot block or two. No complaints about storage space and weight, but about a month ago the plastic clip broke that allows the bag to slide onto the saddle mount. No big deal, I returned the product without any issues and figured it was a lemon...well until this morning. On my way to work, I may have done a curb drop or two, nothing out of the ordinary, the new one broke in the same exact spot on the clip. It rendered itself useless and I had to toss it into my backpack. I think I will be switching brands at this point. not sure why Topeak uses such an inferior plastic on a product that has to take repeated up and done under low weight stress, but they do.

The plastic clip is very weak. The first bag I had lasted about 2 months, swapped it at REI and the second one lasted about 1 year. I don't do any jumps or crazy stuff, just normal cross-country MTB. Didn't even have very much weight in the bag, just a small phone, cliff-bar, tire patches, and small multi-tool.

There is a version of this bag made with a strap in place of the plastic clip that is probably much better.

This saddle bag is great! It has adequate room for 3 CO2 containers, CO2 pump, tire levers, tub patches, and a small flashlight. The installation is easy. The clip attaches to your saddle and makes the bag very stable and easy to remove. There is also a reflective strip on the rear of the bag and a small hoop to attach a rear light. Great product!
