      This is an excellent product. As with all locking or securing mechanisms the lock is the weakest point. I have had this PacSafe for years and have only once had a problem. I've parked my pack literally for days at a time and it got stolen only once. I blame myself for that because I hid it in an untraveled area and allowed the thieves to have all the time in the world to work it open. Now I park it in a very public place and have since had no trouble.

        A bogus concept. Cuts apart w/ten cent wire cutters, even some scissors. Or thief can simply unzip your bag and pull goodies thru the mesh. Using it is like pulling scotch tape off a cat, Too awkward.
