So light I don't notice when it's in my pack.
On those frigid outdoor nights where you just want to stand by the fire and not move but you have to heat water? No problem, just set your Snowpeak mug full of liquid on the coals and in a few minutes, you have boiling water! Careful when grabbing it out though.
I have plenty of expensive gear but, this little $30 piece is one of my top 3 favorites and most used.

I purchased this cup (green) and the Snow Peak LiteMax stove together. I already own the Trek 700 Mug and the REI TI-Ware Long-Handle Spoon, and now have the perfect set for my solo backpacking kitchen.
I can fit the 450 cup, stove, mini BIC lighter, and a generic brand nano camp towel inside the Trek 700 and store a 100g canister on top when stored in the mesh bag included with the Trek 700. AND IT ONLY WEIGHS ONE LB INCLUDING FUEL!!!!
The only down side is the cup can be a little hot on your lips because it isn't insulated, but that same flaw becomes a perk if you ever need to put the cup directly on your stove (which you can't do with an insulated mug). I might consider getting the 450 double-wall for everyday use though.
Everything considered I'm highly satisfied and would recommend this to anyone.

I have had this cup for several years now and it has held up to a lot of overnight hiking and camping use. I always take it with me on my overnight backpacking trips, and it has served very well. I like the collapsable handles which make it more compact when I need to put it in my pack. If you are looking for light weight, this is it. If you want something even more compact, check out Sea to Summit's collapsable cup and bowl. They are nice too.

Great mug! I've had the same one for a few years and it hardly shows any wear. I brought it along with me on the Pacific Coast bike tour I did last summer and intend to bring it with me on this summer's Cross Country tour.
The only thing I can say, it gets really hot and since it conducts heat so well, your coffee will cool down real fast leaving you with cold coffee on colder mornings.

Bought this last year while looking for a lightweight durable cup and it fits the bill perfectly. Was the lightest cup I could find at the time and the folding handle makes it compact enough to pack easily. Nice to have something colorful and it seems pretty durable, dropped it a few times on small rocks in camp and it has held up well, no real scratches just a very small ding. Since it's single wall it does get hot, just make sure to use the handle, that's what it's there for.
