The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Only 1 out of 10 reviews had much good to say about this piece of junk. REI needs to offer something that actually works and lasts more than the two minutes it takes to break this thing.

I actually liked this product when it was still in one piece. It fit snugly over my glasses and I didn't have the problem some have mentioned with the mirror easily going out of adjustment. I took this mirror with me for every ride, regardless. Until this morning ...
As I was getting ready to leave the house and was putting the mirror on my sunglasses, the rearmost prong broke off, as another reviewer mentioned. So ... totally useless now and no LBS open that early to go buy a new mirror. I checked the manufacturer's website to see if they offered any kind of warranty and could find nothing so that's that.
I will buy a new mirror but it WON'T be this one.

I love glasses mount mirrors over handlebar. This product had two big issues that others have pointed out:1) the prong farthest from the mirror broke off rather quickly after purchase so i had to rubberband it to my glasses. A light drop on the ground also snapped the arm in half.2) when going high speeds (not that high though) the mirror tends to change angle because the wind pushes it back and you have to continually readjust it.I'm going to try the more robust peddler ([@])

Comments about CycleAware Heads Up Eyewear Mirror:
I used this produce three times. The third time during a group ride I tried to adjust the mirror it snapped off. With somewhat of struggle I managed to put back on. I couldn't adjust it correctly after that. The three parts that hold the mirror onto your glasses are pretty worthless on the thin wire frames. I lost the whole unit somewhere on the group ride and didn't go back for it. (I wore clip-on sunglassess that day rather than my over the glasses sunglasses.) Also during that ride whenever we went quite fast, the mirror wouldn't stay in place. It seemed to "bend" with the wind.I wish I could return it but seeing as it is lying on the Luce Line Trail someewhere I can't. It was pretty much a waste of [$], plus tax. REI should pull it from their shelves. I wish I could give it 0 stars.

I have had the third eye mirror before, it has two ball adjustment points and is much easier to adjust then this product. First time using on a bike treed to adjust while riding and it popped of my glasses. In my attempt to grab it hit my handle bars with my hand and had my first bike crash in 20 years. On the second attempt to use it stopped my bike. Went to bend the arm and it snapped in half. So got a total of about 5 minutes of use out of this product.

I used this on 4-5 rides, and was VERY happy with it until it snapped in two where it fits on to my cycling sunglasses.

I used it for 5 or 6 rides. But then I wanted to bend it a little to be able to see better over my shoulder. After a little bend it suddently snapped.
It is a good design in general, but needs to be made out of a plastic that can accept some bending.

Comments about CycleAware Heads Up Eyewear Mirror:
Overall, I loved the mirror; at first. Very convenient. Easy to adjust. A breeze to install.
However, I would recommend leaving it on your glasses permanently. I was switching mine back and forth between safetly glasses (for riding in the early morning) and sunglasses. Ended up breaking when I was installing them. I would recommend paying two dollars more to get the "Bike Peddler Take a Look" instead. The reviews speak for themselves. It's what I'm about to get.

Comments about CycleAware Heads Up Eyewear Mirror:
I've been happy with mine and haven't experienced the problems of the other reviewer. Maybe they vary and you should check them out in the store before you buy. They don't work well if you've got very thin wire framed glasses, but they fit just fine on normal heavier plastic frames. There is a wide range of motion on the mirror so it's easy to direct it almost any way you want. I recommend it if you want to see those cars creeping up behind you. For me it's a lot easier to tilt my head slightly than it is to peer into a handlebar mounted mirror.
