Mount this versatile rod holder on your watercraft to free your hands--it can even be used to troll with a canoe, kayak or sit-on-top.

  • Holds a fishing pole equipped with either a bait casting reel or spinning reel
  • Fully adjustable up and down, plus it rotates 360° and tilts fully upright for rod storage when traveling
  • Rod can be secured in holder with a soft latching strap that snaps over top of rod
  • Slot in the front of the rod holder allows for a spinning reel to be securely held in position
  • Side-mount flange leaves the bottom open, allowing rod holder to accommodate trigger sticks
  • Pistol-grip rod butts easily clear the sides for quick rod retrieval
  • Includes combination deck or side mount and installation instructions
  • Bolting dimensions: 1-5/16 x 3-3/16 inches

          Attached it to my kayak with the clamp mount and it worked great. I was able to make the necesary adjustments while paddling. I trolled in the lake and was able to catch a nice rainbow trout within minutes of installing it for the first time.

            I use this to free/rest my hands while I'm fishing from my kayak. Works fine, but with one of my rods, the fit is a little tight. I unfortunately haven't hooked into the "big" one yet so I don't know how difficult it's going to be to get out when that happens. There is no mounting hardware included, but with all the ways to install it, which hardware will be the right one for you. I just bought stainless hardware and some sealant and it was done in no time.

            Holds my rods great! I was disappointed to see that it didn't come with any of the mounting hardware (ie screws and nuts). Wasn't a huge deal, just picked some up at the hardware store. Also, I'm planing on purchasing the attachment for the flush mount. I sits just a little too high for me in my kayak.
