          Ride Conditions:
          - Rough single track mountain bike trails
          - Air Pressure = 40-50psi
          - Rider Weight = 210lbs (with gear)

          I've used several of these tubes on multiple mountain bikes. The average life span is about 6 months with weekly rides on some rough mountain bike trails. I've yet to have a puncture flat. Instead, the tubes either gets a pinch flat during install or splits at the seams after extended use.

          I found that it is too easy to pinch the tube during install with small tire irons so I started just using my hands and haven't had any problems since.

              I usually don't post reviews but I just felt that the other posters were being a bit unfair about this tube. I have a feeling that an improper installation was at fault for the other negative posters.

              This Novara tube is actually manufactured by Kenda. How do I know? Because it says Novara on the box but Kenda on the actual tube. And if you know Kenda they are the manufacturers of some pretty sweet tires like the Nevegal and Small Block.

              This tube functions well! In fact I buy Novara tubes in a size smaller than what is necessary for my tire application and over inflate them to fill the tire volume. I do this because the smaller tube is lighter and packs smaller in my hydration pack.

              Like I said it's a great tube and a good value. 5 Stars in my opinion. Just make sure you install them correctly.

                  For my son's bike. He had a flat, I found the cause and installed new liners. Replaced the tube but had to go through THREE of these before one would stay inflated.
                  The bad ones have defects at the seams.

                      These are terrible. Two of three tubes split on a seam. it's bad enough to have roadside repairs, but when it's nothing more than low quality workmanship in the tube itself, a total waste of time. Next time I will check the reviews before buying tubes. Complete waste of money and time.

                              I bought three of these because i was out of tubes entirely and this was all my rei store had. the best one lasted a week before it was flat. they all developed holes near the stem or in one of the seams. these are not worth buying.
