      Love these containers and I have several holding my seasonal gear and camping supplies.

      Recently we made an earthquake survival kit. Obviously we had to include dry food for Fido... Unfortunately rats could small through it and eventually chewed a hole through the container, spoiling most of our supplies.

      We are now looking for a container JUST like this one but animal proof.

      Any ideas?

        These are great containers. I have had one for about 10 years now. Perfect for organizing camping supplies. As another reviewer suggested they make a good impromptu seat.

        I'm thinking one would be great for organizing all the stuff in my trunk, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, jumper cables, etc.

        The ability to lock them is nice. Although the material could be cut, locking the box would deter the opportunistic pilferer.

          i have all sizes i have disturbed people living at my house biological by nature to lock up my tools in one of these and others to use in my cabin accrross the yard to reorganize my cluttered floor there until i can decide what to toss or continue saving,? i also think that the 8 gallons would be a great choice to have on a 2 wheel dolly and lock any containers to themselfs and all to a post or something if your concerned about your possesions ,?

              These action packers are great for keeping gear from getting smashed. These make a great way to stack and store gear in the bed of your truck when transporting soft goods that might break, smash, crack, or spill. These are great for multiple uses as well.
