The REI Member Dividend
The REI dividend is a unique benefit of membership in the REI co-op. It's comprised of your member refund—typically 10% back on eligible purchases—and/or your REI Visa® card rebates.
Each March, active REI members and REI Visa cardholders who earned a rebate receive a refund in the form of an annual dividend notice.
Only active members receive annual dividend notices. To maintain your active status as an REI member, you need to make net merchandise or shipping purchases of at least $10 per year, unless you joined that year. Member numbers are issued in one name and only that person receives the member refund. Your number can be used by others in your family, but it cannot be transferred to someone else.

Comments about REI Silk One Liner Socks:
I like the fit, and I like the fact that I have had no "runs" that I get with the "white" liner socks. I did recommend these to a friend, and she bought a pair. She has been happy with them.

Comments about REI Silk One Liner Socks:
Works great as a liner, and, as a liner its a bit more durable. However use as other then a liner even for a short while will wear this sock out fast.
I used one pair as a liner only and it lasted 2 months. I used one pair as a sock only and it lasted one day. I used one pair as a liner and sometimes I used it as a sock for a hour or two and it lasted 2 weeks.

Comments about REI Silk One Liner Socks:
I just bought three pair earlier this week. I wore a pair as a liner for my Nordic classic skiing. They worked well and felt great. I threw them in the washer, cold/cold. When I was pulling them out of the machine, one sock's toe-box split at the seam. wide open. Many loose threads on both socks. I will be returning them, and the two I haven't worn yet.

Comments about REI Silk One Liner Socks:
I bought a few pairs of these to use as liners with the REI expedition weight merino wool hikers. They are lightweight, comfortable, and my feet stay dry and comfortable. I use them for hiking as liner socks. They are quite long. I wear a woman's 9 - 10 shoe size (I have long narrow feet) and the mediums are far too long (the spot made for the heel comes up to my ankle). Fortunately, they are not to the point of being baggy, so I still use them. My next batch will be smalls.

Comments about REI Silk One Liner Socks:
I trained for 5 month and kept getting blisters. Since I have used the liners I haven't had any problem.
So far they have held up with long training days of 5 hours with a heavy pack. Lasted thru a trip to Pikes peak and back. Even if they didn't I would go buy more.

Comments about REI Silk One Liner Socks:
I got these socks as an alternative to the wool liners I had been using for years with my figure skates. The sheerness of the fabric makes them ideal for wearing alone in my skate boots. And they dry quickly after hand washing. They are a bit large, and my next pair will be ordered for a tighter fit.

Comments about REI Silk One Liner Socks:
I wear these under my figure skates, which are form fitting. The socks are comfortable and absorbent, keep my skates from rubbing, but don't add any bulk

Comments about REI Silk One Liner Socks:
I ordered a pair of these liners and tried them on once. Already, the seam along the toe is pulling loose, leaving a hole! Just from putting them on and pulling them off once.
They did feel very comfortable on, though, and my feet instantly felt cool--that was impressive. But they seem to be poorly constructed.

Comments about REI Silk One Liner Socks:
These socks keep my feet warm, even when wet! I wore them underneath my dive booties in Monterey, and my feet didn't go numb for the first time in 10 years of cold-water diving! I also wore them for 12 hours in Lost Soldier's Cave, and even though my shoes were wet and muddy the whole time, my feet stayed warm. They are thin enough to wear under climbing shoes on cold days, and small enought to stuff into your pack for emergencies. They are thin and light for warm-weather sports, too! I'm stocking up on extra pairs. You can't beat the price for versatility and comfort!

Comments about REI Silk One Liner Socks:
Learned about silk socks 30 years ago. Tried everything modern and space age, these work the best. Helpful hint: Don't wash them too much, they slick up and that's what helps keep the blisters away. That way, the silk sock and the outer sock slide better against each other and not against the skin. Do you want sweet-smelling feet or no blisters/hot spots?
