Comments about Cocoon Cotton Mummy Liner:
I purchased this for my son to use while camping with his scout troop. It works for what I bought it for, not having to wash his sleeping bag everytime he goes camping (He's a stinky 11yr old, lol). He said it was comfortable and that it made his sleeping bag a little warmer. However he did say that it doesn't sat in place very well and he had to readjust it several times so that it didn't bunch up. Overall for the price you can't beat it and we will try to figure out a way to make it stay in place.

Comments about Cocoon Cotton Mummy Liner:
Got this to borrow another's sleeping bag; so far it appears they only sell L "zip" liners. Also used to sleep in student housing for a week; doesn't open wide enough for entry.

Comments about Cocoon Cotton Mummy Liner:
We bought these to use in hot weather camping, just lay them on top of the sleeping bag and slide in. We also took them to S. Korea last summer since we had doubts about the hotel mattress. Mattress was clean, but we weren't used to such high humidity (even with the hotel a/c on) and found the cotton sleep bag was ideal in those conditions.
The only issue is the very short side opening, which (as per earlier review) can be easily remedied by fixing to your own needs.

Comments about Cocoon Cotton Mummy Liner:
This is the cheapest liner for sleeping bags, and it's apparent. The cloth is on the thin, coarse side. You might want to consider paying a little extra for the Sea to Summit cotton liner, which seems to have a higher thread count, a cinch around the head area (that you can tighten) and other things you might not care about (more color choices than white and a nicer mesh bag). For a thin cloth stitched together in China, [$] is too much to pay. It is slightly lighter than the Sea to Summit one, but if you are buying cotton, you probably don't care that much about weight, otherwise, you'd be looking at silk liners.

Comments about Cocoon Cotton Mummy Liner:
A decent liner at a cost that's a lot less than silk. I have a similar complaint that others have in that the opening does not go very far down making it a little more difficult to get in. Also, it could use more velcro enclosures on the side. The one closure at the top is not enough if you toss and turn a lot, as I frequently do.
Still, it's a decent piece of gear and worth it to keep your bag clean.

Comments about Cocoon Cotton Mummy Liner:
I picked this up on sale and for the most part I'm happy with it. My only gripes are that the slit down the side doesn't go as far as my Kelty bag and there are no hook enclosures to attach it to the inside of the bag (my Kelty bag has loops to attach a liner to and I'm guessing others do too). I can live with the first one but the second leaves me wrapped in the sleeping back as it turns with me. I suppose I could add my own but this seems like a key missing feature of the liner to me.

Comments about Cocoon Cotton Mummy Liner:
I originally purchased this liner to keep my down bag (REI subkilo +15) clean. Washing a liner is so much easier than washing a down bag. I also found that it's very comfortable, adds warmth to my bag and cuts down on the static that the bag creates. My only beef with the liner is that the side opening wasn't large enough for me to comfortably climb in/out of the bag/liner, and it came with two small velcro closures on the side which are not going to stay closed during sleep. I modified the liner by increasing the size of the side opening, adding a zipper and several velcro closures above that which has worked out much better for me.

Comments about Cocoon Cotton Mummy Liner:
I bought this to use on business trips. Sometimes the hotels I have to stay in are not the cleanest and this assures me of sleeping on a clean sheet every night.
