        I am not a rock climber. Instead I use this product to chalk my hands for barbell training. I either workout at home or at the gym. Either place, I don't want a chalky mess. This product is perfect for that and lasts forever. I keep it in a bag, and I never get in trouble at the gym, even though they are strict about no chalk.

          It's too small, and not refillable. just get the metolious chalk sock that is refillable, and the buy the superior bison chalk to fill it with.

          its not too good not enough chalk comes out, takes time cuz you gotta squeeze it, its good because it doesnt spill i dont recomend it to anyone who needs lots of chalk and sweats alot on there hands..
