Need to resole those hiking boots? Fix that tear in your backpack from your last wild adventure?

REI partners with Rainy Pass Repair, Inc. for fabric and selected non-fabric repairs. Rainy Pass Repair welcomes all calls and emails concerning any fabric repair-related questions.

REI also offers repair services for a wide range of non-fabric items. Contact your local REI store for more information about repair services. Additionally, many REI stores nationwide offer full-service ski/board and bike shops.

How do I sign up for a class at my local REI store?

You can see a list of upcoming classes and events on your local REI store page. If space is still available, you will be able to register or sign up for classes online.

How do I cancel a class I’m registered for? Will I get a refund?

Free Classes

You may cancel your registration for a free class or event up until the start time of the class. Follow the instructions in the class confirmation email to cancel your class.

Paid Classes

You may cancel your registration for a paid class up to 24 hours before the class/event. Refunds will not be issued if you cancel less than 24 hours before the class/event start time. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a different date for the same class within the 24 hour time period without penalty. Follow the instructions in the class confirmation email to cancel your class.

If a class is canceled by REI, will I get my money back?

Yes. Class or event cancellations on the part of REI will be refunded in full, regardless of timeframe. Please note that inclement weather does not necessarily cancel an event, and you will be contacted by REI in the event of a cancellation. If you need to cancel or transfer a class/event please call your local store and speak with one of our customer service specialists.

Remember to provide a valid email address when registering for a class or event at your local store. Providing your email address will allow you to access your registration details online.
