REI gift cards are a great idea for all the outdoor enthusiasts in your life. You can purchase traditional REI gift cards or REI e-gift cards in any amount from $5 to $500.

Need it fast? REI e-gift cards are emailed directly to recipients and usually arrive within 24 hours. REI gift cards are sent via first class mail and usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days.

If you're the lucky recipient of an REI gift card, you may have questions about how to start using it. Gift cards can be easily redeemed in any of the following ways:

Where is my order?

What is my membership number?

Forgot your member number? No problem. You can look up your member number online from the REI Member Support page. You can also look up your member number right from your iPhone or Android device using the REI mobile app.

How much dividend do I have?

We thought you'd want to know! It's easy to check your dividend online, as long as you have linked your membership number to your Online Account . You can even check your dividend from your iPhone or Android device using the REI mobile app so you can keep track of your current balance from anywhere.

How do I cancel my class registration?

If you realize that you can't make a class that you've signed up for, you can cancel or transfer a class/event by calling your local store and speaking with one of our customer service specialists.

For a refund, you must cancel 24 hours prior to the class.

How do I cancel or change my order?
