    Bag is all-around great! It holds a patch repair kit & tire irons, spare tube, multi-purpose tool, 2 CO2 cartidges, cell phone, keys, and my spare contact lens stuff ... Fits aerodynamically under saddle, No interferences with pedaling ... quick & fast to remove bag if leaving bike unattended ... I have a Medium bag, wife uses a Small ... Install an REI #745739 Adapter on each of your bikes, and the Novara bags are easy to swap between bikes.

        This is an excellent seat bag. The mounting system is a great idea. The bag rotates in and out of a screw on base mount for quick detach capability. Does well in rainy weather, but can be improved with rubberized zippers etc. Looks great, good choice of colors, and reflective piping, make for a solid choice in attractiveness and practicality. Has a built in band so that a rear safety light can be conveniently clipped to it.

          This bag works great for me. It has the storage space I wanted and i enjoy that it is easily removed with a simple twist when I head onto the downhill trails. I also wanted to point out it was quite easy to install even without directions, took all of five minutes!

            Excellent bag. Use for all types of riding and it can hold wallet, keys, cellphone, small tools, and a tube. The side access is great - no reaching under the seat or having stuff fall out the back. Once attached, it is easy to swivel it on and off. It fits securely on my seat and does not bounce around.

            One drawback: it was a pain to attach the clamp to my seat and it lacks instructions. Once it's on the seat, it works great.

              This is a great seat bag. It is fairly compact and stays out of the way yet can store its share of gear. I like the look of it on my Novara Ponderosa mountain bike and it fits my bike well. Mounting the bracket to the seat is easy and once done it is quick and painless to remove or attach the bag itself. I most commonly use this when I don't have my rear rack/trunk bag attached to the bike but still want some place to store a few smaller items. I always keep a few essential tools in it and then typically put my keys, pocket PC and phone in with room to spare. It definitely comes in handy both on the trail and around town.

              The Pro's: The mounting system is easy to remove and the zipper works well. And the bag is big enough to store a patch kit, tire levers and a spare tube. The Con's: The mounting system, although easy to use, is poorly constructed. I've had this bag for about 3-4 weeks now, and 150 miles on the Burke-Gilman and the bag is already showing wear. The mounting system, where it meets the bike seat is well-made. But the part that meets the bag itself is cheap. The rivets on the inside are already falling off. When they're all gone, the bag will fall off, save for the seat-post strap. The strap itself, as reported by another reviewer, is too short to fit around a fat, mountain bike post, but might be better suited for a road bike with a smaller diameter post. Although, it will fir around the mountain seat post, the velcro closure barely makes enough contact to hold securely.

                  I was afraid this bag would be too big for my saddle. It turns out to be the right size/length. The rear part of the bag extends beyond the rear end of my saddle. But it is still secure.

                  Can get heavy with all the "stuff" you can put in here. Definately has enough room for two sets or tubes, pumps, patch kits, etc...Great design with the zipper being on the side. Easy to get in and out of.
