Directions to Distribution Center & Contact Center—Sumner, WA

From Seattle:

Take I-5 south to the I-405 interchange, taking I-405 toward Bellevue. At the Highway 167 interchange in Renton take Exit 2 toward Auburn. Head south on Highway 167 for about 16 miles and take the exit for 24th St East. At the end of the exit ramp turn right (north) on West Valley Highway. At the first traffic light, turn right (east) on 24th St East. Stay on this road as it crosses the train tracks and then curves south and becomes 142nd Ave. In about a mile the road comes to a "Y." Stay to the left and cross the bridge. Immediately after the bridge, get in the left turn lane and turn east onto 45th St East. REI is at the end of 45th St East.

From North Tacoma:

Take I-5 north to the Bay Street exit . Follow signs to Puyallup (Route 167). Bay Street will become River Road as it heads toward Puyallup. River Rd ends at Meridian. Turn left at Meridian and go across the bridge. Turn right onto Hwy 167 north. Exit at Highway 410 toward Sumner/Yakima and take the first exit (Main/Traffic Avenue). Turn left at the light on Traffic Avenue) until you reach a "Y" at Puyallup Street. Bear right on Puyallup Street and go to the stop sign at Tacoma Avenue. Turn left at Tacoma Avenue. Turn right on 45th Street East. REI is at the end of 45th Street East.

From South Tacoma:

From I-5 take Highway 512 East to the Highway 167/410 interchange. Head East on 410 and take the first exit (Traffic Avenue). Turn left at the light on Traffic Avenue. You will continue on Traffic Avenue (Traffic will change to Fryar Avenue as you cross Main Street) until you reach a "Y" at Puyallup St. Bear right on Puyallup Street and go to Tacoma Avenue and turn left. Turn right on 45th Street East. REI is at the end of 45th Street East.

From Kent and REI Administrative Headquarters:

Head south on Highway 167 about 11 miles and take the exit for 24th St East. At the end of the exit ramp turn right (north) on West Valley Highway. At the first traffic light, turn right (east) on 24th St East. Stay on this road as it crosses the train tracks and then curves south and becomes 142nd Ave. In about a mile the road comes to a "Y." Stay to the left and cross the bridge. Immediately after the bridge, get in the left turn lane and turn east onto 45th St East. REI is at the end of 45th St East.

From Sea-Tac Airport:

Follow signs toward I-5. At the I-5 interchange continue straight on I-405 toward Bellevue. At the Highway 167 interchange in Renton take Exit 2 toward Auburn. Driving Directions:

From the West (Pennsylvania Turnpike, Pittsburgh)

From the Pennsylvania Turnpike take Exit 146 for Bedford.
At the light, turn left onto Business Route 220/I-99 North.
Go straight through the next light and continue on Business 220 N. for 3 miles.
Look for the blue Pennsylvania State Police sign on right side of the road.
Just after the sign, turn left onto Country Ridge Road. Follow Country Ridge Road over the bridge and turn left into the REI Distribution Center.

From the North (I-99/220, State College, I-80)

From I-99/220, take Exit 3 (Cessna/Route 56 East).
Turn left at the stop sign and go through the underpass to the traffic light.
Continue straight. At the second traffic light bear right onto Business Route 220 S./56 E. When the road comes to a Y, take a sharp left toward Bedford (PA Turnpike/ 220 S./ Rt. 30).
Continue on Business 220 S. for 1.5 miles. At the traffic light continue straight on 220 S.
Look for the blue Pennsylvania State Police sign on right side of the road. Just after the sign, turn right onto Country Ridge Road.
Follow Country Ridge Road over the bridge and turn left into the REI Distribution Center.

From the East (Baltimore Washington International, Dulles Airport)

Take Interstate 70 to Breezewood, PA.
Turn right to the PA Turnpike I76 head West Pittsburgh.
Exit the PA Turnpike at Bedford #146.
At the light turn left onto Business Route 220/ I-99 North. Continue straight through the next light on Business 220 N. Follow on Business 220 N. for 3 miles.
Look for the blue Pennsylvania State Police sign on right side of the road. Just after the sign, turn left onto Country Ridge Road.
Follow Country Ridge Road over the bridge and turn left into the REI Distribution Center.
