REI's Contact Center supports online and catalog customers via phone, email and real-time messaging. We have a state-of-the-art call center, integrated with today's email management tools. We provide sales, service, and product information in a customer-focused environment. Our Contact Center is open 4:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week, employs a large group of full- and part-time employees, and handles thousands of calls, emails, and live chats per day. With our training and development programs, we can help you build a long-term career at REI, or we can arrange a part-time schedule so you can attend school, care for a family, or supplement your retirement. The Contact Center is part of our Direct Sales division located in our Distribution Center in Sumner, Washington.
The first line of contact for members and customers, Contact Center Representatives take orders, update member information and answer questions over the phone. Along with sales, they are responsible for outstanding service in order to build great customer and member relationships.
