REI's Contact Center supports online and catalog customers via phone, email and live help. We have a state-of-the-art call center where we provide sales, service, and product information in a positive, customer-focused environment. Our Contact Center is open daily from 4am to 11pm and handles thousands of calls, emails, and live chats per day.
The Contact Center is located in our Sumner, Washington Distribution Center.

The first line of contact for members and customers, Contact Center Representatives take orders, update member information and answer questions over the phone. Along with sales, they are responsible for outstanding service in order to build great customer and member relationships.
