How to Order Your Bike on REI.com

Ordering your new bike from REI.com is easy and convenient.

Once you've decided on a bike model, follow these simple steps:

2.  Determine how you'd like your bike to be sent – shipped directly to your home or shipped to your nearest REI store for pickup. (With store pickup, shipping is free!)
Note: Several bike brands can be shipped to REI stores only; they cannot be shipped to your home or other addresses.

--If your bike is shipped to you directly, some simple final assembly with a free multi-tool will be required.

--If you pick up your bike from an REI store, it will be completely assembled and ready to ride.

Note: Your bike will be built and adjusted by a professional REI bike mechanic prior to shipment. To make shipment possible, the front wheel, handle bar, saddle and seat post, and pedals are removed and packed in the box. We also include a user-friendly instruction guide and a hex tool with the bike. The only additional tool you will need is a 15mm wrench to install the pedals. Total assembly time should run approximately 10-15 minutes.
