Four Score Trail
Bagging fourteeners is a popular activity in Colorado, and this place gets you three in one day, plus a bonus peak. A hugely popular day-hike destination, these four mountains bordering the Continental Divide between Breckenridge and Fairplay offer hikers the opportunity to take on the challenge of multiple high peaks on one route, or choose one or two of your favorites. Relatively shallow saddles make for “easy” access between the summits, but it is a challenging day all the same. Make no mistake, climbing any mountain at this altitude is not for the faint of heart; prepare wisely for maximum fun. Each peak has its own personality, and all have outstanding views.
