    I wore these twice now for mountian biking, and was not incredibly impressed. The outer layer material seems nice and light, but it absorbed sweat from the chamois and with the tan color it looked like I wet my shorts. The outer layer also would stick to my legs once they were sweaty and began to pull down on the shorts. I was constantly trying to readjust them while riding. I think these shorts run a bit big too. I'm usually a 2 and I got a small, and I have to tie the waist really tight to keep them up. Also the pocket zippers are a pain, they are tiny little zippers that are hard to open. The chamois is nice though, a good amount of padding, breathable... it's just the rest of the short that I don't like.

      Comments about Novara Vibe Double Shorts - Women's:

      These shorts look good, fit well and have nice pockets. However, when I buy padded bike shorts, I want the padding to really cushion me and these just didn't cut it after one 16-mile commute to and from work.

      I love my other Novara bike shorts (Mia gels) but I'm returning these. If I want good looking surfer shorts, I can buy those without the foam padding that gets in the way without increasing comfort.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

          I absolutely LOVE these shorts! Other shorts I've tried are too baggy in the wrong places and get in the way. These fit really well. I love the black ones and will buy a 2nd pair!
