          • Wicking long-sleeve T-shirt
          • Wicking long underwear (good sleepwear)
          • Hat, cap, skullcap, balaclava or headband
          • Gloves or mittens
          • Rainwear (jacket, pants)
          • Fleece jacket or vest, and pants
