Berkshire Bash! New Year's Eve Overnight Adventure

Description: Are you looking for a new, ridiculously fun way to spend your New Year's Eve? Join REI for an overnight snowsports adventure in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. Day 1: Your REI instructor will pick you up at REI Framingham on New Year's Eve day and you'll venture west for an afternoon snowshoe lesson, and a sunset snowshoe tour of Notchview. From there we'll travel back to the Berkshire Lakeside Lodge to relax and eat a gourmet meal prepared by your REI guide. After dinner, we'll hang out and socialize for the evening. Day 1 culminates with a champagne (or NA beverage of your choice!) toast at midnight! Day 2: You'll wake up in 2014, enjoy breakfast prepared by your guide, and then head back to Notchview for a half-day cross-country ski lesson and tour. After that, enjoy a relaxing ride back to REI Framingham and say goodbye to your crew to go home and begin fulfilling all of those New Year's resolutions! If the snow does not cooperate, we will explore some of the many hiking opportunities in the area. You must be 21+ to register. NOTE: fees for this class are based on shared accomodations. If necessary same sex room-mates will be assigned to participants. If you are interested in a single occupancy room, there is an additional $40 fee - please contact us for availability as there are a limited number of single accommodations available.
