American Heart Association - Heartsaver CPR/AED


Description: The AHA Heartsaver AED Course is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking on an adult. This course teaches skills with AHA's Practice-While-Watching technique, allowing instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students' learning of skills. Skills practice and testing included during course to ensure students demonstrate competency performing skills. Students must pass a skills test in order to qualify for a course completion card - American Heart Association Certification valid for 2 years.

This course requires the participant to read and sign a liability release form before participating. Please see "Required Legal Form" for the session you are registering for. You will need to print, sign and bring the form to your class.
