Paddle Float Re-Entry Practice Class
Description: How long has it been since you practiced your Paddle Float Re-entry? This small group coaching session is for kayakers who have learned the Paddle Float Re-entry, but need more practice before mastering this valuable skill. Your instructor will guide each member through re-entry practices, and may also address the T-Rescue if time and interest permit. Prerequisite: Sea Kayaking Level 2 or equivalent skill level: previous knowledge of Paddle Float Re-entry is mandatory. Kayak, paddle, PFD (personal flotation device), and safety gear (paddle float & bilge pump) are provided.
Skills you'll learn:
Focused practice session on Paddle Float Re-entries. Prior knowledge is required, as we want to spend time refining skills, not teaching them for the first time.
Duration: 3.0 hours
Required Legal Form:
This course requires the participant to read and sign a liability release form before participating. Please see "Required Legal Form" for the session you are registering for. You will need to print, sign and bring the form to your class.
