Appalachian Trail Training Hikes

Description: Whether you're planning an Appalachian Trail thru-hike, other long-distance backpacking trip, or just want more exercise on your hikes, this outing is for you! Join our instructors for an informative training hike to get in shape for your upcoming adventure. Our hikes are designed to provide a good representation of the trail conditions you might find on the most well-known scenic trails while remaining close to home.
