Introduction to Rock Climbing Movement Class

Description: Do you know the basics of climbing but want to improve your technique? Join our professional climbing instructors for a day of learning to improve your footwork, handwork, and body movement to advance your climbing skills! We'll help you move beyond easy climbs and into more technically challenging terrain with lots of practice time on the rock.

Skills you'll learn:

To reinforce the basic safety concepts of the climber within the climbing system with a focus on route planning and site awareness. To review and develop basic climbing foot, hand, and body positioning. To practice personal climbing movement.
