Board of Directors

REI's Board of Directors is elected to represent the interests of REI co-op members. The board works diligently to this end and believes that hearing from members enhances the governance of the cooperative.

The directors encourage members to share their suggestions, concerns and questions with directors. This may be done by attending an REI annual meeting or by writing to the board.

REI's next annual meeting will be held Monday, March 31, 2008, at 7 p.m. in the second-floor meeting room of the REI Seattle store, 222 Yale Ave. N., Seattle, Wash.
