Communicating with the Board

REI's board of directors is elected to represent the interests of REI co-op members. The board works diligently to this end and believes that hearing from members enhances the governance and ongoing betterment of the cooperative for members.

REI's directors encourage members to share their suggestions, concerns and questions with their representatives. This may be done by attending an REI annual meeting or by writing to the board.

This year's members' meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 25 at 7 p.m. at the REI Seattle store, 222 Yale Ave N., Seattle, Wash.
