poor fit
This top looked so cute on the model! I'm a 36B with a little extra weight in the middle. I wear medium in REI's knit tops so that's what I ordered. The bust was huge - it gaped and seemed more like a large or even extra large. The lower portion was much tighter than REI's tees and really tugged. If you have supermodel proportions this might work great for you, but less than perfect women are probably out of luck. Most disappointing REI piece of clothing I've purchased. The good news is REI has the world's best return policy!
Not too bad
Yep, I agree with the other reviewers that the top part of this shirt is too large on the sides. However, it was just a little big for me(I think I'm more freakishly proportioned than the other reviewers ;-)) so I just took a few stitches at the top of the seams and made it smaller. Now it looks great. This shirt is definitely for those who are...ahem...larger on top, if you know what I mean. :)
Poor Design
The chest size was designed to be far too large for the size of the tank. Wings form in the shirt below the armpits. The material is nice but the fit makes it unwearable.
